    I cannot believe the amount of copyright infringement that goes on here. this includes the use of video game covers, charecters, etc. If you do not have expressed written consent as a designer you should respect the work of others. By partaking in such activity you are willingly exposing yourself to civil liability reguardless of whether or not the contest holder chooses your ad or not.
