Hi, this is my entry.
There are two slightly different designs. In the second one we have a pill instead of 'i'. To be honest I like the first design much better but it would be really nice to hear some feedback from you.

Very nice. Love the vertical ".com", love the reflection, and love the colors, except for the water color in entry #1 - needs to be darker. The use of the pill is very creative, but doesn't work for us because it denotes a negative medical image. The medical symbol is tricky because it needs to denote our medical aspect but not me negative, clinical, or remind someone of the knife or death! Two symbols that have been used that worked for us (but weren't used well in the logo they had), were the stethoscope and a band aid. I'm not sure how to incorporate these..possibly the stethoscope around a parrot's neck or something..I'm not sure. This is definitely one of the best we've seen though - good work.

Hi, my second concept
I've added some medical element as you suggested. I know that you said 'no red crosses' but I think that nurse cap corresponds to very friendly and always smiling nurses. That gives positive feeling.
Two designs here, I would like to know which one do you like better.

I think we like the second design better. Innovative medical tie in! Not sure if we'll be able to see the stethoscope on a business card.

"Joe Cool" character won't work - too much detail. Using this logo on business cards as well as web.

Stethoscope is much more visible now. Business card (front and back) is just to show you how does the logo looks. If you like it, we will make it part of our deal of course. Any modifications can be done.
