I hope I'm not too late for submitting the modified version.
As you can see the requested modifications are changed.
This way at least for me it looks better, you were right for the "Apply now" button, now it's where it suppose to be :)Also I made rounded corners on the images for the "Available position" below, since the whole design is headed toward rounded corners, because of the logo.
If you have any furder modifications in mind, feel free to white them.

Regarding design #43
I'm not sure if I like what you did to the header by moving the Apply Now to the header and making it dark gray/blue, but I really like your style a lot. Great work. I'm going to submit this and if the client has some interest, I'll work with you on making a few more changes. If you do get this in the next few hours and would like to modify your design again slightly so that you keep the purple header from the first design with the Apply Now in the sidebar, but keep the navbar as is in the second, I'd be interested to see what that looks like. It may look better they way that you have it, but I'd be curious to compare the difference. Thanks!

Actually, can you send me a slightly revised version with the navbar positioned just below the header? And add something brief about Benefits just below where you have MedPro is here to server you and Traveler Testimonials. By the way, MediaPro is here... should be MedPro is here...not MediaPro. :-) Thanks.

Thanks for your entry. I'm waiting for some feedback from the client and then based on the direction they want to go, I may show them you design.
