Regarding design #40
This is better, but compared to some of the other designs that I'm seeing, I'm going to have to pass. Unless you can offer something that is truly unique and stands out from the others, I'm not going to be able to show it to the client. Thanks for your efforts.

Created something new with new layout. Waiting for your feedback. Ghhh, I really don`t like that dark pink color because for me it looks not modern and so on so may I can change it to some different color?

Regarding design #12
Thanks for your attempt to be a little different with your layout. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that it works that well in this case. The curve in the header is just a little too awkward and does not fit really well with the rest of the design. Also, the navigation is limiting. It the client would want to add another page/section to the navigation in the future, your design would make it difficult to do so.
I do like your creative touches with the Apply Now and Hot Jobs, but this design is just not quite as polished and professional as some of the others.
