Thanks for your changes. I already submitted a few designs to the client so I'm going to wait till tomorrow or the next day to submit this one. I like the basic concept though, so I will definitely show them.

Regarding design #23
Interesting variation and I still really like your design. With some other great designs being submitted, I'm going to change the rating on this one to 3 stars. The black provides nice contrast...but we'll have to see how the client likes it.
I'm not sure about the logo behind the page. That will make things more difficult to code and I think it looks a little odd unless you realize that it is part of the logo. As with your previous design, you should move the Apply Now higher up the page either above the Available Positions or perhaps to the right side some where.
Also, I still like your overall design, but the main content area looks just a little bit plain compared to some of the other designs. I'm not sure if you need to add a small image or two or some additional color to the heading text to make it more interesting? I don't want you to change the clean look and simplicity to your design too much, but perhaps there is something you could add to make the main content section just a bit more interesting.
Lastly, please add "Healthcare Staffing Solutions" just below the logo like you see in several designs. This was part of the original logo file I gave you I believe.

I don't think this adds anything substantially different or new to your original design and the Apply Now should still be located higher up the page for better visibility...perhaps just above the Available Positions section. Thanks.
