    Great. There are some small issues, but it looks good overall. I'll submit it to the client for review and get back to you in a day or two.

    Regarding design #39

    This definitely has the web 2.0 look going. I do like it much better than your first design, however. I'm very close to submitting some designs for the client to review. My guess is that you are sleeping right now, but if you have time, I would suggest the following changes and then I'll submit it to the client even if it is tomorrow morning your time.

    1. Keep the header as it is, but reduce the height of the header and the amount of white space. If necessary, change the logo so that it is more horizontal rather than vertical.
    2. On the Contact a Recruiter Today item, increase the size of the Contact A Recruiter text by one of two point sizes. Also, I don't particularly like the little curve to the left just to the left of the avitar/icon. Perhaps you could just make that go straight up.
    3. The font size of the navigation menu should be one or two point sizes larger and I think Caps/Uppercase letter would work better.
    4. The main artwork/masthead below the navigation bar/menu is a little too tall. Perhaps you can reduce the size of the woman at the laptop and reduce the height of the image. In doing so, it would probably be best to try to move the Royalties for Loyalty down just above the Traveler Testimonials.
    5. Lastly, I think you need to add some additional content in the main content area like MedPro Benefits or something like that. You can see what some of the other contestants did.

    Regarding design #20

    Thanks for your entry. This is one of the simplest designs, but it has some potential. Please keep in mind that the width of the design was supposed to be 920px - 950px.

    Also, I'm not sure how I like the three boxes at the bottom of the design. If we were to add more content above, this would push those boxes further down the page and they would be difficult to see. I think I prefer to have the boxes along the left or right hand side. I don't particularly like the style of the green checkmarks in the Hot Jobs box. The 3-d style does not really go well with the rest of the design.

    I prefer to have the navigation bar just below the header/masthead rather than just above like you have it in this design because that way the user does not have to move their mouse so far to reach the navigation bar.

    I do like the reflection in the footer. :-)

    At this point, we are not going to use Flash in the header.
