    I really like this one, can you change the "and" to an ampersand (&) instead and maybe use a darker color for communities.

    Regarding design #52

    I think the roof definitely needs to have the color and so do the main c and m letters, then community also needs to be dark enough to read. Really like this logo (I also like the original red roof)
