    Marty,
    I think the font and colors are looking better but I don't feel the cartoon man fits. We will be using this logo to sell services to other high tech companies and I don't think a cartoon man instills trust in us. Maybe some other symbol or a unique aspect to the typed words?

    I tried to make a cartoon blogger which can be very professional like the logo I made for disgruntles.com I'm not sure if you like this, but if you do I will work more with this concept.

    Regarding design #2

    I prefer contrasted solids. The orange and grey is interesting although I don't think it "pops" enough. Perhaps the orange would be better as a red? Again, the flame doesn't do much for me. Thanks for the entries!

    Regarding design #4

    I don't like the green as it seems quite weak but the blue is better (although not perfect). The reflection on the tops of the letters makes them look a bit washed out and not clear. I don't see the connection between the flame and our business. Overall the logo lacks excitement. A good start but needs a bit of work.

    Regarding design #1

    No .com is needed. The font is alright but not great. I do like how the word "blogger" is fatter than the "insight". I'm not sure I like the larger "B" and "I" since it's all in caps. The color doesn't seem very deep and not serious. Overall I feel the icon needs to be more professional.
