I really like this initially. the mark is abstract enough to look like it was actually designed by a decent designer, instead of just throwing 2 letters together in photoshop.
I'd love to see other ideas you may have along this line!

Mogeek, can I see the mark with a background of some sort? maybe a few different ideas? Your mark is on my top 3 list, and the text looks good too, so I'd really like to see how good we can make this logo before I make any decisions.

I think I preferred the other more ... could you maybe show me what the original would look like in a couple of settings? maybe give the mark some accent with a border or background (or combo of both)?

loving the font, and the mark looks like it is versatile enough to fit in several mediums. I may ask you to play around with the colors and applications if you win. would you be ok with that?
