Regarding design #23
Hi Tash,
Thank you for the great design - I really like it and yes, I agree, the luxurious background is probably the way to go.
My only concern with the design has to do with the font you've chosen and the spacing between the letters. Something tells me they don't quite fit with that lovely luxury background you've created...

In keeping with the Victorian feel of the building you're renovating and the clientèle you're aiming at, I felt that teaming a very simple typeface with a luxurious background would be the way to go.
