Looks quite good. I don't like the graphic at the top.
I would want the side columns to remain constant when soemone moves away from the page.
Prefer the featured recruiter to be a single column rather than two side by side as you have them.

Can you try putting the logo where the picture of the people is and then leaving a space up the top for a banner. That way I could sell the space.
Could the bottom bit where it says Browse jobs by spec be tabbed so I could add other bits behind it? Forum, Resources,Industry news

Nearly there.
The top of the page doesn't look quite right. Maybe the grey box is too big or the logo might look better
on the white above the blue with a smaller banner next to it say 468 x 60 pixels.
I'm almost certain I prefer the design without the peopel having seen this one.
As the sides are always going to stay constant , could we try some lines or shading between the side bars and the center.
All in all an excellent design. Good luck

Look awesome. The only thing is I think your logo looks better when it's solid and against a lighter background.
Could it go above where it says home and the banner for an advert to the right 468x60.
The search site button could then go where the logo is.

I think the logo needs to be bigger can you move it back to wheer it was before but nmake that box lighter like in thedesign you did with the people.
I want to make sure that when someone goes on the page it's onvgious what it's about.

Hey Neo Mac brilliant.
