Thanks for your design.
We understand why you have used the arrow to symbolise progression however the arrows make reading the design difficult.
Orange/blue colour scheme looks better than the lighter green and orange.

Hi
Would it be possible to use the amend the top design? Can you show us what it would like if you incorporated the slogan with the main logo. i.e have 'What's on the' on top of the big words Work and Front and then have one big '?' to the right of the two big words WorkFront. Still use only one shares 'O' with the character between the two words because that looks quite good.

Please see the changes and variations I have done in -
-the size ,color and placement of "?"sign.
-Placement ,color and casechange in the tagline part"what's on the".
-Shades of blue color in the word "front".
-the look of the overall logo on the dark backgroun.
Let me know if more revisions are needed.OR any other suggestions.
