I think there is too much emphasis on the "Doc". It overshadows the "pet."

Not very original, the paw is too overwhelming and doesn't come across as a paw immediately. Maybe try incorporating the paw into the logo more?

Whoa. A little intense. I like the concept, but it's too techno-futuristic.. I think it's the font and the claws on the dog that are killing it.

Very interesting... I love the concept. The icon seems a little big/overpowering compared to the word PetDoc, but I do like the PetDoc typface. Maye play around with the icon a bit more?

I'm really starting to like this. The top one is the best I think. What if you tried bringing in another color or two for the icon? And if there's any way to make the subtle distinction between cat and dog paws without the claws that would be awesome.
