    Regarding design #20

    Very readable and I like the cleanness with a definite but limited design element. I will consider this one. Something small, I'd like to see the heating and cooling in either all small letters or the C capital.

    Regarding design #59

    Hey furiber--I've really taken a look around our community this weekend to get a feel for looks and logos around me. I ended up seeing quite a few designs that used this particular representation of a house. Since we really want to stand out and look different, I'm eliminating this design. It is good looking and I like it but I don't think it meets all our criteria. Thank you.
