    Ulahts..... I don't blame the other guy for speaking up about the design, especially if there was a case of plagiarism. That would only be fare to the contest holder. But many logos use similar techniques and designs tricks. What makes your logo so good is the simplicity in the design and its ability to uniquely convey a simple message without being overly complex. The fact the letters cropped are also the "p" and "d" is very important to us because it calls out the misspelling more. We believe your entry is better than the entry seen at http://zagora.com.br/. That logo can not work in a solid black color. It could not be etched in glass or metal. and is actually close to unreadable with out the url to guide you. Anyway the similarities between the two logos is insignificant and your entry is our contest winner.

    I would also like to thank the other designers as we had soooooo many good entries in this contest.
    We love kayaherbs entry as well for its creativeness in forming the crop, but that seemed better suited for another environmental company. Thanks everyone.

    I don't see any aproach, those are completely different setups.
    How can you think this could affect me and my entries.
