It looks good, but it may be too dark. An important part of the stationery is that it will be faxed and photocopied, so something lighter would probably work better.

Very nice design. The only thing is to move the logo and address on the envelope from the bottom left to the top left. I'm pretty sure that's required by the post office whenever something is going to be mailed.
