    Regarding design #3

    Hi Wilzencomp,

    Thank you for submitting an entry. I think it has potential but has a ways to go. I really like the picture of the trumpet on the blanket and the shading that's used in it. But am not crazy about the styling of the company name. It's kind of blah to me.

    I would also like to see the different blocks of content (forum topics, blog topics, search, login, etc.) styled using a common them.

    Regarding design #6

    hi wilzencomp,

    I like the header much better with the music stuff in the background. But the colors aren't blending with the picture. I know I said that I prefer to use the teal in the color scheme but think the blue shades from the blanket may look better in this case for the header and footer parts of the page.

    For the content...would it be possible to create a cohesive theme for the blocks and the headings of each block that fits with the header and footer design?

    I still like that trumpet on a blanket image but am not crazy about the colors and block headers now. :-(

    Hi wilzencomp,

    Cool use of the icons for the blog and login. And I love the 3D syndication cube. I must say that the angle of that bugle is a little funky though. I feel like I should stick my lips to the screen and start playing it! :-D

    Not a bad design but I've opted for one of Nadia's that's more inline with what I was looking for.
