    Regarding design #4

    Ohhh...I like the clear separation of the content blocks. Nice. Can you do something with the title of each block though? Maybe incorporate some icons or something? Or use some gradients like they do in the column headers in the left column of http://www.e-junkie.com/.

    Also, could you bring out the middle column with the use of a background on the entire column? Maybe something similar to http://cssglobe.com/ or http://www.macaroondesign.com/.

    And one last request...I'm still stumbling over the strip of the flute image. I like the image but it's just not fitting with the rest of the design. I'd like to see it still used somehow but am not sure how to get it to fit in better. :-\ Any ideas?

    Hello tjm,

    I think you're on the right track but need to go a little further...

    I really like using the teal for the background with a gradient...that's cool.
    And I like what you did with the company name and the bracket. Simple but nice.
    I also like the closeup of the flute keys but am having problems with it fitting into the overall picture. Not sure what to do with it.

    I would like to see the content stylized. As you said, you just copied and pasted it in to get me a general idea. Maybe style the various blocks of content (forum topics, blog posts, login, search, etc.) using a common theme? I'll let you use your discretion. I think you have a good start.
