We are looking for a really cool logo for the name ShopSmart. The logo will be placed on our kiosk in retail stores. The kiosk will feature a touch screen that enables shopper to search for specific products while they are in the store. We have no design direction for you other than it should look fresh, innovative, and consumer friendly. We expect this logo to get major national exposure when we roll out our program to major retailers across the country.

I would like to officially thank everyone for contributing to this contest. Unfortunately, we couldn't get any of the design concepts approved and we'll have to cancel this contest. We've had a great history with 99designs and hope to run many more contests, unfortunately the community didn't really find what we were looking for this time around.

This CH is exception. Click on his name..8,9 contests with only one canceled..nice history..probably some delay..
Btw, once sp team include here `payment up front` requirement these abandoned contests will be history..

i also that that 99Designs would have sorted this out.....but disappointed...
yet we should wait a couple of days....maybe there's some delay (hopefully)

I've been with this site for a number of years and its been the same through out with the odd contest being abandoned, but also give them at least two weeks just incase, they may have been a delay.
Mind you though I had thought 99Designs had sorted this problem out by requesting the contest holder to pay up front first then start the contest.

If any designer that has been using this site for a while has insight on how to avoid abandoned contests (other than simply not entering anymore on this site), please clarify.
