I like what you've done so far. I like the logo and color scheme. This looks to be legal size, I assume you can make it letter as well? What format will this be in? Will it be easy to change the text boxes around myself so that I can fit different articles and pictures in?

hi :) Thanks for the feedback. :) The logo is in vector format and the the template is layered photoshop format. Yes I can resize it, also it will be easy to replace text and pictures, I can put them in a separate layer set and lock the rest of the layers for safe handling (they can be unlocked when needed, by clicking the lock icon in the layers menu).

Ok, so the finished product will be letter sized, in Photoshop format with the logo inserted? I assume there will be a page 2 layout as well, which I can make page 3,4,5, etc. as needed right?

Yes, I will resize the page (logo inserted and everything else as its shown here) and gladly build a second page, if you can give me the details about the page structure (should I keep the vertical margin on the left, are there any pics on this page or its text only and so on). Thanks. :)

There are a couple of small changes that I'd like to make before you deliver to me.
1. Delete www.themortgageminute.com by logo
2. Add a small text box on right part of logo box with a place for the date, i.e. "February 15, 2008" that I can easily change with each issue.
3. The image with the dollar sign needs to be a fixed image with my contact infomation. This will always be here and remain the same on each issue.

You can play around with this info to make it look good. I can email you a Stanford Mortgage logo also if you want to use that in there.
4. In the left vertical area, I'd like to replace "Latest News" with "Current Rates". I will then list 4-5 rates below that each month. i.e. 30 year fixed, 15 year fixed, 5/1 ARM, Jumbo. Below that will be a table of contents titled "Inside This Issue" and I will list the page number for each article in the newsletter. You can use the little clock logo here to make it stand out.
5. The small text box that says "Please contact us for more information" looks great there but I'd like to be able to change that text month to month, so please use a text box there that I can easily work with.
Also, please forward me what page 2, 3, etc. will look like.
