    I am sooooo glad you entered. Nice thing about that top is it's pretty easy for us to change too, so let's leave it for now and I'll present it to the client as is. Thanks for the changes!

    Thank you so much for the compliments and feedback. I love Colorado and am totally homesick doing this sight :)

    The funny thing is I originally had the welcome above the text but moved it. Let me know what you think of the font up top - hard to find a font that is elegant yet blocky :)

    Regarding design #6

    Ooh la la! This is OUTSTANDING. The layout is great, excellent job with the featured listings, the flash is perfect, and the colors work very well. The ONLY thing I would change is the top - I'd make the text a little bit smaller and use more of a block font for the name/logo. You can then move the "Welcome to Scott Brown Realty" to the content area and use it as a headline.

    This is a 9.8 out of 10. Thank you! Looking forward to this changes.

    BTW - I'd be interested in your listing system if your design is chosen.
