Regarding design #2
Thanks for entering! The colors are great here, but I'd drop the quotes and get rid of some of that design on top of the images. The images are gorgeous, so i'd let them do the talking.
I'd like to see the search box smaller - I think this design and several others make it much too big. I want a "quick search" on the front page and then I'll do an advanced search on the MLS page. Overall I'd give this a 5 out of 10.
Make those changes and let's take another look. Thanks for the hard work!
