    Regarding design #8

    I'm afraid this isn't he improvement I had hoped. These colors look pretty washed out and don't have any impact. Also, space isn't being used well here. The area marked flash presentation can be taken out, everything can be moved up, and the top can be rotating flash. I see you are trying to get the layout more to my liking, but the colors just don't work. If you have time, I'd make these changes to be considered. Thank you for your hard work!

    Regarding design #5

    Good to see you made it in. I like the top, I can do a lot with rotating images up there. I would like to see a much better MLS Search box on the front page. Check out the search box on this site: http://www.buyingmass.com/property/ for an example of what I mean.

    I like the elegance of the font at the top, and the colors are good. I would get rid of the picture gallery at the bottom, make the top the flash area with rotating images, and use the bottom part for more content. If the top is flash, can you come up with something different for the bottom? Maybe the quick search and some other content?

    Nice job. As it is I'd say it's a 6.5/10, but will get much better with the changes.
