    I see some themes developing here that maybe should not. Some points to keep in mind:

    • You are in no way limited to black and red as colors.
    • Be careful that your ears and tails do not look like flames.
    • Maybe it's all of the red and black but it seems as though there is some athletic sports look that I keep seeing, we need to move away
    (far away) from that feeling.
    • Think about a medical software program which is, TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED, CUTTING EDGE, MODERN, and CLEAN.
    • Remember, the fox is SMART.

    Why was it called RedFox? Because red is difficult to show 'medical'.
    If there is one color you don't want for medical it must be the 'blood' red color.

    I'm not so sure I agree with you about the color red and what it represents medically. I'm sure you are aware of the Red Cross and all of the medical aid they provide. A red heart is often used to show cardiac care. I don't think there is negativity associated with the color red and medicine. It can represent aid, urgency, medicine, care, seriousness and so on but not necessarily blood. In my above comment I was suggesting that as designers you need not be tied to the color combination of red and black. I am open to your creativity with color.

    wtf.

    I hadn't even seen yours when I sketched it out

    Then when I put it together I did notice yours, but proceeded anyway as I thought they were sufficiently different.

    The starting concept of mine was using a stencil kind of font to tie the graphic element in.

    I'm sorry that they share some similarities, but it was not my intention.

    The Contest holder thinks the logo from Gheist is GREAT!! yet.. ITS JUST A COPY OF MINE!!!!! but when seeing mine.. it's just not what they want!! OMG reporting
