Please change the red - with photography, I think it says "red-eye" pictures.
In the black background, please remove the gray from the hands.
Please change all to have photography by above my name.
Can you rotate 1 set of hands 45 degrees counter clockwise so I can see the name coming out from the space?

This is my final version of logo proposal for you. It's clean, professional and suitable for any use. It has NO eye candy effect from last century that people got bored from as soon as they print it.
Meaning and simplicity- and nothing more than that.
