I understand your concern with the D&E logo. I think there is enough difference between the two but if you would prefer, I will cease this line.
I have modified the font and added another reflection.

Remove the lower left lens reflection and move the upper right reflection about 1/2" clockwise.

My original thought was to have the "tails" of letters touch (G,P,Y) would you prefer the majority of the letters touch?
