Regarding design #21
This is much better, but I think that the "DfBB" in the mirror is redundant. I think it would be better if there was a symbol in the mirror that represented "better business" like a tick for example.

Regarding design #3
Thanks for your entry. I can't really work out chat the circle and lines are supposed to represent, but my best guess is a tyre moving from left to right.
I'm also not sure about the green on the first letter of each word, but I can see whey you've done it as it does reinforce the acronym DfBB.
Is there a way that you could make the symbolic element clearer?
