This looks great. Could you try making the buildings a bit more "obvious"? When the logo is scaled down it becomes difficult to see what they are.

in this concept i've tried to convey the driving theme and business theme with arrows rite.. arrow with light color shows low business and the road and the upwards arrow shows that the it takes towards a better business.. in order to prevent viewers from recyclying theme i've disconnected the arrows and placed a road streaks. hope u understand the idea.
