Regarding design #16
Creative design, and I like the fonts. I wouldn't do much with the text, but maybe offer some other color options for the logo.
I like any other earth tones, even darker brown may be fine. If you have other ideas, e.g. different versions of the "A" in the upper logo, that would also be welcome. Reversing backgrounds from light to dark is preferred too. Our logos are often printed on different color t-shirts for conventions.

This is Robert. I like this concept. I would not touch the "A", i like it as it is.
Could you please try enlarging the word "amboy" in relation to the "A".
I like the style but would want people to be able to read the name of the company as we are walking in a convention as an example.
I also would prefer a different font on the "the amboy group" that may look more like the style of the graphic above. This a good one.

The feedback we're getting is that it looks a little too much like a "hat". Do you think we could raise the "A" up slightly, having a gap? And reduce the size of the "A" (icon in general)?

decreased the size of the letter A icon (left side), and also made the swoosh a little more bent. created the gap between icon and swoosh.
