I think you have too much green. If you try this layout with black backgroud, you will have a much more clean effect.
Can you change the texts to:
1. Buy Our Script And Install It A Hosting Account.
2. As Search Engines Pick Up Your Site, You Start To Receive Traffic.
3. Generate Money From Showing Ads To Your Visitors.
In addition, you can change the images to be showing the steps of the process, because currently they are irrelevant.
Beside that, you are definitely on the right track.

This is exacty what I meant for the intro page.
I want you to add a little more contrast to the images which are in the steps. Then differentiate the steps from each other by giving differen nuance of colors, not extremely different, but such that express the fact that these are 3 different consecutive processes which lead to a result, and not rather 3 things which happen simultaneously. because they kinda blend with each other right now.
Also you can give a little contrast to the text.
I have in mind on mouse over each step to become even more bright and contrast, with the text outlining.
Great job....I think if you rework these little things, you will be definitely set with an intro page and can work on the homepage.

ohh and I forgot to mention. Please remove the "Signup" buttons in each step cuz this would scare people...either way they wont be forced to signup.
Instead of this you could add one main button for "Continue" under the steps.

Not bad.
However it is a little too plain. I need you to add some details to it. Icons.....effects.... etc
Change the structure a bit aswell. Testimonials are blending with the intro text.
