    What has happened with this contest..What's the point in organizing it and not giving one single feedback and no winner is chosen 20 days after it ends...or I'm being just too impatient

    The contest ended about a week ago and this CH has a flawless reputation, 70 contests held so far, 69 with winners, this being contest #70. So patience, my friend. :)

    yes of course ella, this CH could suit as an example..But my point is that in this case he could have provided any kind of feedback, cause I doubt he would like someone's first entry.And even though latter changes can be made to a chosen design , still I think we deserve some feedback in order to know where we stand.

    I noticed that you signed up recently, I'm not that experienced myself with how things are going around here, but from what I've seen so far, some contest holders give feedback and some are going by "I know what I want when I see it, let's give the designers some creative freedom". From this second category, many are rating the entries just before they pick the winner, so we usually get to find out where we stand. :) I just checked and the CH had 2 contests running almost the same time, so he/she probably needed the logo from the other contest first and this one was not a high priority. Therefore, we should be patient.
    Of course you should know that there are contest holders who abandon the contest without picking a winner and then there are those who pick a winner, get the files and never send the payment (I came across one of those), but its not the case with this CH, who has a solid reputation. That being said, welcome to SP and best of luck in the contests. :)

    OK all, I have a bit of a quandary here. The client changed his mind completely on this logo and has gone so far as to change the name of his company. This basically means this contest is now void.

    However...we take responsibility for this contest and will decide who we think created the best logo, and we will pay for it. Fair is fair. My apologies for the delay while all of this was sorted out. Feedback and decision to come momentarily.
