Here is a revisions of my first entry with a blue background. I am not sure I would say that this logo is to artsy. There are many logos used for corporate type businesses that I would say have a much more artistic flare then this. This is just my opinion, but I feel it shows class in a modern way. It is a display of the letters outside of the typical 3 in a row that are used on many, many logos in the world. It's important to differentiate. I am going to give you a couple of other variations following this one.

The third variation of the original idea. This one removes the arched section with the circle. I then moved the international under the TRC to give the logo a nice, simple, clean square appearance.
