I made required changes.And I hope now you like this design. Now you can see all headings,sub headings and other tale stuff is much clear and much better than previous rounds. And all text styling is coming from CSS so you can modify that easily.

As per your requirement I made modification in layout. And you can change blue color in future easily. But for blue rounded corners you have to make duplicate of that and chagne it to required color.

Also, could the blue colors in the areas be eventually tied to a css format, so I could change color schemes in the future?

This looks good..could you put images that represent the words such as an image next to Presentations, Downloaded, etc. If you look at some of the other people, they have put images next their words and I like that.

Thanks, for consideration. And we had made some changes for image place holder area. If your image area will shrink or increase it will looks same as it is.(i.e. you can see rounded edges as it is.) in all resolution.

Regarding design #21
I really like what you did here..Very clean and nice...anyway you could put images that represent the labels (Downloaded, Scheduled, Completed, Pacific Time, Central Time, Mountain time, Eastern Time, Friends/Family, Referrals, ect.)? The image placeholder...could it be designed to have a photo that might change once a quarter and can that photo at a certain size (if I shrink the photo to a certain size)...can it have rounded edges once I put it in?
