Distinctive. Artistic. This logo incorporates the "O" in olive into part of the logo design as a black olive with the dot on the "i" as the end of one of the black olives. This makes for an integrated and well rounded logo. Some of the best logos have a hidden element or a creative way of tying the words into the design. I hope that you enjoy this concept. I like some of the aspects, however the "alive" component is too hard to read, its too "subtle". Can that be modified with a darker font and/or capital A possibly?

I changed the font on the Alive and the color of it to make it stand out more. I also added another leaf and changed the color scheme around for you. There are lots of different font styles...and colors are unlimited. Just let me know your thoughts and I will work to accomodate them. Thanks!

Its moving the right direction. I like the capital A and the extra leaf to give it more balance. I don't quite like the font and the color of the Alive word. Can you try black or an olive green? Right now on my system it looks teal-ish.
we like this design though. My question is can this be tweaked, if necessary, after we end the contest or does it have to be exactly in its final, finished form before we end it?

I am going to post a revised copy with a different font for Alive and changed the font to black. I guess I need to find out what your definition of tweaking is before I can give you the best response. If it is something minor, we can work with that after the contest end. I like the black color of the alive, just not the font yet. I think the font you had in the teal green is a better match with the "olive" font. This font is too blocky and doesn't mesh well with the "olive" font.
Sorry if I'm too picky, but I guess I want the two fonts a little more similar without being identical.

I like how this font for the alive pulls things together, but is it possible to bold this to bring a little more emphasis to the Alive? It seems a little too subdued. It would be nice to have equal emphasis to the "olive". If its not an option, then I'll have to go with another font option.
Also, can you also please provide the light blue and yellowish background (as in one of your originals) in addition to the white and black? We haven'yet developed our label and would like to see how these other potential backgrounds look with this layout/font. Do all these background options come with the winning entry?
One more thing, when we do select you as the winner and choose the entry, we'll also need this same logo with the "r" (enclosed in a circle) symbol in addition to the logo with the TM symbol. We have applied for the trademark and assuming we get it in the future, I want the logo with this registered symbol incorporated into it to use at that point. This will be allowable for the same money, correct?

Thank you for your responses each time. I have made the word bolder per your request. I submitted it with the black and white backgrounds as well the colored options. I also gave you the "R" option to review. I think the trademark symbols are normally a capital letter..so I did the R as such. If you select me as the winner, you are more then welcome to have the logo both ways and the various color options. I will just have to get it all formatted for you. I hope this helps.
