Quite like the last one here. Although the flag does look like it is an afterthought - and not integral to the overall design/logo.

Regarding design #12
Looking at these, I have now realised that I prefer a design which incorporates the British flag, rather than the shape of the British Isles. Maybe because I have been looking at the old logo (which uses the British Isles) for years - and it just feels a bit dated.
