The icon represents infinite in a way and somehow, using the dots i imagined two people / hands / infinite...

Sorry for the late feedback. The icon here looks great but I think we need to think about the colours used. The text doesn't seems to go with the neat looking icon. The icon has a 3D effect and it's fully vector. For a 3D model/rendering there is another software that renders 2D vector images but the result is no longer a vector file.
In my case, i built up the 3D to obtain a 3D effect.
Regarding Empower IT there are a few items left there, are you interested in?

They will keep the same apearance on any medium. The problem will be the costs. :)
Though, for this version i can provide a 1 color version, flat colors, 2 color version, black and white. :)

It's abstract strong and IT/software related, though it has no connection with people this time.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I was trying to figure out the exact concept which brought this design but ended up with no result. Would you mind explaining the globe and the spaces in between? Btw, the orange part looks bit grainy and not clean and neat like the blue parts.

by the way, I am not particular to have the "people" in the logo. Anything which looks great, dynamic, attractive and informative will do.

Well, my thoughts when creating the image is that there is a slice that in time forms a whole.
The first step (orange) and then the whole slices forms a sphere, you know...like in business...first impulse matters...then you can develop the idea until you get the final result. That are my thoughts.
Regarding the grainy, don't worry, that's JPEG compression due to the fact i cannot save in high quality. The vector file will have no problem.

Here you have a completelly custom type that flu got me in the way. Hope you like it, not too techy neither corporate, balanced and works excellent in small sizes as in large.
If you agree on the imagery, logo will be provided in different forms of typography placement: stacked version, horisontal, people bellow, on the side and so on.

it will be lost on print, believe me. But i will do that.

Nope, is not the same, still, why do you want to use the same font?
The ADROIT type is too bold to be used for people...the different kerning of the word PEOPLE will destract completely from the main concept.
This is the best looking by me, though i will give a try with PEOPLE as well...but, again
i am afraid that will not do it.
