    If I were to design a custom logotext for a client and received the kind of critique and direction given in this contest, I could almost certainly guarantee the client would not see anything regarding the logotext they had in mind. Take ownership of your projects, CH's, and you won't have to close several contests on several sites because you didn't get what you were looking for. Work with us to achieve your goals instead of shooting for fish in a barrel. Stars alone don't get you revisions.

    One advice for CH (sorry for my bad english) if you have the icon for your logo (and you have that) it's not necessary to have some hand made amazing font for company name. I think that is the better for you ( http://static.flickr.com/27/1017934…2c42_o.jpg ). And special because you have very short name for site, plus
    the number one in the name, it's very hard to create something amazing with that.
    That is my friendly advice!

    Tanya is right. Custom fonts means handrawn, like in the old days. Stretching a font vertically or horizontally doesn't count.

    This contest is for a custom font (something made from scratch) right? I am seeing a lot of stock fonts being used so I wasn't sure if I read the brief correctly or not.

    If you read the instructions good you will understand that the competition on logosauce is closed. We will only use the symbol, and not the logotext. We were not pleased with none of the logotext proposals on logosauce.
