    Regarding design #7

    To be quite honest, the page looks like it fell out of a FrontPage textbook. The banner is pretty bland and doesn't provide continuity to the page. My advisers stated that the left nav pane takes up a bit too much room and don't think that the page is suitable for content panels to be added without having to recode much of the page template.
