Ha! I didn't see this with the services/contact us on the right. Bravo. This is great - I'd just drop the recent projects, see if you can use the fern a bit more to get some creative branding, and punch up the name in the top to make it stand out a bit more. Nice job overall - I like the contemporary look of this.

Very strong entry, Nadia - thank you. Love what you have done with the colors, and great sense of style here. Yes, it's very long for me, so I'd drop the projects at the bottom altogether - I don't need them. Excellent suggestion for the flash movie - that's perfect for this site.
I only have one concern and one change. I would like the name to stand out a bit more, and I'd like to see the fern used more creatively somehow for stronger branding. Maybe a watermark at the bottom? Make the name a bit larger at the top, and something more interesting with the fern? I'm not sure. I just feel that logo image and text is a little understated.
Small change - can you put the text in a 2/3 block, and move the services and contact info into a 1/3 block to the right of the text, then add some line height to the text and make it slightly larger? I think that would organize that content a little nicer here.
Great job! My fave so far.

This is a bit long by your standards, but I'll throw it out there :-)
Content area is 770px, but the background image can be used as a repeated background to extend regardless of window size.
