    Regarding design #8

    The color background here is very striking - nice job there, however I would reverse the 2 colors to get more impact at the top. I would like the logo image and text to be used more creatively. The License numbers are not something that should be featured, they should be at the bottom of the page, somewhat hidden. The top menu should come down to just above the content area - it's lost at the top of the page.

    This is a good start but needs improvement before we can show the client. Thank you.
