Regarding design #7
To be honest I really like the concept that you have here as far as the header. I really like the idea that you have using the arrows to show the progressions from one phase to the next, thats cool.
However overall the header and content areas are lacking. At first glance there is no reason with what you have started here that an improved version of this couldn't work but you would definatley need to expand on your first submission for me to consider this for the website.
Again I'm not ruling your design out, but it just isn't as solid overall as what I'm looking for. Good first try though. It really needs to be fleshed out more.
