    Regarding design #12

    Hi. Thanks for submitting this. I wasn't expecting anything like this, but I like it. I especially like the design and placement of the eagles. However, the big red star in the middle and the crown at the top don't fit us very well. Please give some thought to how we could incorporate a soccer ball and/or a three-star design like what's on the Tennessee State Flag.
