Regarding design #41
I really like the thought that went into this design - especially because it captures visual connection. Could I see a version of this with the the graphic to the left of the wiki - and perhaps a version with a slightly smaller icon graphic.
I so appreciate you trying to get behind the concept and relate the graphics to it so closely.

Texturized it and scaled down the outer ring for a different look.

Another design that evolved from the Hawaiian relationship.
I checked on some Hawaiin symbols and found two that seemed to apply - one had two arcs around a series of circles which represented "two men stitting". The other had four arcs placed around the same series of circles which represented "four women sitting." I combined the two in order to represent three men and women sitting. The circles represent many things - camp site, well, resting place...
* Feedback and revisions welcome!

The word "wiki" comes from the Hawaiian word fast, so I thought an great icon for you would be a Tiki! :)
