Regarding design #4
Hi Preet,
Not sure how I feel about the grid layout - it seems overly complex. When a visitor arrives, what elements are supposed to catch the eye?
Currently the nav bar up the in the heading seems to overpower everything. Its a nice looking panel, but seems really out of place. -

Hi Preet06,
Color combination looks good. Be careful with that navigation panel though - could easily be seen as too dark, depending on whats around it.
