Love it. Great creativity with the top image, great color scheme, and well balanced. I think the menu needs a lot of work, though. It should stretch across the layout, and the font could be larger, and the menu cold be stylized better. Love the overall look here.

I just used the colors closed to the logo... green.. and made some adjustments for the lay-out of the site
