Yes! you guys I think were tough judging the CH, I run a design company myself so I know what they exactly are talking about, especially that kind of clients. Best of luck to all of you in other &future contests :)

I would think it's difficult being the middle man...if the client had seen the progress of the contest he could have perhaps pointed us more in the direction he wanted....good luck finding the right logo :-).

Mercury Design, no, I don't think that something Greek would help.
The client just proved to be very difficult.
I am sure that it will be impossible for him to find something he likes as a sign. -

Mercury design,
being a designer myself, I understand the concept of "wasted time" but this is a risk you are taking when you submit your work in Sitepoint contests. I truly wanted to get paid, and pay one of you the 250$ fee, but this did not happen, to mine as well as your dissappointment.Nejikun,
I think you are just being rude with your speculations. As I 've stated above, I am a designer myself, and if there was a chance to "steal" the concepts in this contest, I would definitely pay for it. 250$ isn't that a great fee. But It didn't work like that. So your speculations are just trying to make me look bad. Also, FYI, there is a fee for putting contests. It's 49$ I think, plus 5$ for making a contest look yellow.highlighted. So you're once again wrong here.I am sorry again for the inconvenience to all. My aim was to get a logo for the client and I did my best to make it run smoothly.

CH: hmmmmm... i think you just used the concepts/designs of the designers here.. thats a cool move.. and what fee are you talking about? you mean to say that you paid a contest fee to sitepoint? c'mon! i didnt know that. and don't expect that designers will trust you again the next time you'll hold a contest..

Logo and brand identity kit for a plastic surgeon's clinic for 250$? This was a joke. Plastic joke. I suggest to you...or your client to order logo from design studio and pay for it 3500$. There will be details and REALLY strong concept!
)))))) .... Wasted time

I am very sorry for the inconvenience to everyone, but my client decided against keeping any one of your designs. He has seen all of your work and he thought that your designs lacked attention to details and strong concept.
I am sorry for you losing your time, as well as I have lost mine as well as the contest fee.
In case my client changes his mind, I will inform and pay the winner, but I think it's unlikely.Thank you again.

Not saying that they copied but they look similar... every company needs something unique
And one more thing I didn't point at any one... half of them luck similar to some prestigious companiesEveryone wants' to win but we have to think from this perspective...
