    Focusonthis....she/he....run with the whole logos.
    To your knoledge, some of us have real legal papers for some of the designs.

    the hol site sucks.... 3 out of 10 contests have no winner not because there is no design that meets the requirements but because they post the contest and they still the ideas

    And when i am thinking that our logos are used elsewhere right now.
    Who cares, we use them too...elsewhere, beside, some of us can have
    some copyright papers for their work.

    The contest holder hasn't been online for a long time.
    As far as i can see the possibility are as follows:
    -Zama Resources - Alberta, Canada
    -Zama Resources - South Africa

    Either way, the contest holder invited me in this contest, i will give a flag
    to the contest and see if he answers.

    Just a note - while including native imagery may be a good thing it could also end up being highly offensive to natives. Especially if you use ative religious or spiritual images for commercial works.
