    Regarding design #1

    Excellent submission. I like the top one the best. Simple, easy to recognize. The bottom one I think mixes with the words too much. We were originally thinking something similar to a fox, as in "Sly like a fox" since the business name is SLI (which is in the detailed description of contest). The top entry is a very good candidate if no one has any good ideas to run with the fox angle.
