A few changes:
1. Please bring the search box out of the main header and make its own side menu above the toolbox.
2. Rename "Wikititle Goes Here" to "Wiki Logo"
3. Please shrink the graphics in the edit, history, etc icons more.
4. Take the little triangle off the "main page" icon.Thanks!

Here's a light blue version with the requested changes. Other versions'll come very soon.
PS: I'm not sure about the light grey area, I didn't get if you want it to be a one box envelopping both main text and toolbox or a box for each one of them. Please let me know so to include that in the upcoming updates.

Regarding design #11
This design is nice too.
Could you make all the menu changes that i noted in my note below, and do a color scheme that's lighter. Rather than use two colors like blue and green as you did above. Can you use a darker and lighter shade of the same color. For example make, the area that' currently green - dark green and making the other areas a lighter green or some shade of green?
