Regarding design #9
This is one of my favourite entries within the first 24 hours. The colours are good. The people in the circle is very fitting. It seems to magnify "people" which is important, and it looks like there are lots of people who can be seen and implies that there are lots in the background. There is no text or image to concept of "raising" a website. Two hands holding up/cradling the circle with the people in it?

Thank you for the feedback. I've added hands lifting the circle of people but feel this gives it a bit of a spiritual look which you may not want.

Thanks for trying out my suggestion of bringing hands into the picture. The symmetry of colour adds simplicity and strenght. The spiritual element is not completely out of place, but it seems to come forward too much at the expense of other messages I want to be up front. I agree with your intuition that this approach isn't quite right. I do think there is a concept here that would work very well somewhere.

This is a good improvement, and not only adds the tagline in an integrated way, it adds focus to Kudos and the people. A more technical thing that could be worked out later is the use of .com when .net is in the spec.
